Updates!

Fabulous news! I have finally obtained employment that will fully utilize my skills. I am working in the Registration office as a high school that is about 2-3 miles from our home. Also, if/when the time comes that I need to return to full time or part time work, they have a daycare right on campus for a really good rate.

I started crocheting a blanket! It was a tad bit funny, because when I sat down and made a few stitches I realized I was knitting....not crocheting....on a crochet hook! In anycase, with some refreshers from the internet I am now crocheting, even though I'm not working with a pattern, I'm not counting my stitches and I'm probably doing each line wrong: it still is coming together. It's going to be huge, I think. I made it really long.

Baby News....

Just a quick update: we had a sonogram today and heard the baby's heartbeat. So far, everything is progressing just right!

Also, it seems I have lost 4 pounds in the last month, since seeing the doctor last. Nurse said that was ok, since I seem to be eating healthy, the baby should be getting enough nutrients.
