Good vs Bad....

In a world where good is perceived as bad and bad is perceived as good, this truly is the end of times (but not too ending!). There's been much controversy recently about this openly gay Episcopalian bishop. Just read this arcticle, it is just dripping with badness being perceived as goodness. It makes me sick.

Julie--- Sadly, I was baptized in an Episcopal church. Thankfully, the Very Reverand Carlos L. Raines, who baptized me, is opposed to the gay bishop 100%, and has pulled away from the Episcopal church on account of the bishop's actions. The once Episc. church is now called St. James Anglican Cathedral.

Oh yes and by the way, I keep on meaning to respond to your comment on our blog about the gay Bishop, Cassie!

That IS so sad, when a man of God perverts a church or God's word so much that he has to create his own church for his specific lifestyle.

Thankfully, if a leader in our church wants to change a principle in our church or preach a contrary one....they are dis-fellowshipped or excommunicated. Or less severe, our Bishop speaks to the person to mend his ways. Of course, nothing's to stop them from creating their own church based off a warped principle. It happens every day, from different religions!

Sad, very sad.
